General Questions

PRINLAY is a one-stop shop for established, medium-sized brands, and independent fashion design and design entrepreneurs. We provide services in sourcing, product development, design, and manufacturing. For sourcing, we help you find textiles and raw materials. We provide pattern making, tech packs, labels, packaging, cut and sew fitting, and samples for product development. We handle everything garment-related in manufacturing, from cut to sew to logistics and more.

Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, Fleece, Rib, and Pique are PRINLAY’S most popular knit structures, with endless possibilities. However, depending on the needs of your specific garment or apparel design concept, we can also provide a full range of other knits and woven.

Our clothing factory offers flexible MOQs, based on the size and structure of the firm.

For mid-size and small brands, we recommend Grow Fast or Professional MOQs because they have to maintain limited inventory at low risk and also generate profit to reinvest.

We provide MOQs only after checking the cloth quality and design requirements that we need to manufacture.

For more information, you can contact us at prinlayindia@gmail.com

Yes, we can arrange factory visits with advanced notice.

Our garment factory focuses on delivering quick leads and developing customized strategies for you. The average lead time for our projects is 30-60 days, but this can vary depending on the project and client.

We completely understand the desire to learn more about the price because, at the end of the day, profitability and prices are what define a garment’s success.

It is difficult to provide a strong quotation unless you know more about what you are doing. Hence before you request a quote, please tell us a little bit more about what you do.

We will need the following information:

  • What fabric?
  • Quantity?
  • Delivery Date?
  • Is this a luxury, premium economy, or economy level?

Sourcing & Raw Material Questions

Yes, we can!

We offer two types of options for the same:

IN-STOCK FABRIC: This gives you access to the fabrics that we do have in stock. Our main products are knitted fabrics (jersey-interlock-fleece-French terry)

CUSTOM FABRICS: If you have any special requests, this is the service you need. We will look for the fabric you want all over the world. Keep in mind that you will need to provide us with specific fabric information (composition/density/colors/finishing).

It is the process in which our team searches for raw materials and suppliers that meet the functional needs and requirements of your garment, production quantity, and business model.

In-stock raw materials are items that are always (or almost always) available and do not require production.

In-stock raw materials are not customizable, but they have a significant advantage:

They do not require a 1-3 month lead time for custom manufacturing. For example, an in-stock Jersey would be available only in specific colors and in the quantity available in the warehouse at the time. It usually takes at least two weeks to restock the item and make it available again.

Yes, we can! We offer two types of options for the same:

IN-STOCK fabrics: This allows you to have access to the fabrics we do have in stock. The main products we have are knitted fabrics (jersey-interlock-fleece-French terry)

NOT IN-STOCK fabrics: This is the service you need in case you have special requests. We will search for the fabric you want worldwide.

Keep in mind that you will need to provide us with the exact information on the fabric you are looking for (composition/density/colors/finishing).

Yes, we are fully capable and accessible for fabrics like Tencel

Sample & Printing Questions

Construction (sewing) is determined by the type of garment you want us to create. A t-shirt, for example, is unquestionably simpler and thus faster to sew than a lined coat.

The sourcing of raw materials must be taken into account. If you want us to use an in-stock fabric, we will simply locate it in our warehouse and avoid the sourcing process. The main variable is sourcing, which can take time.

Currently, we have the following technologies and methodologies:

  • Sublimation
  • Screen Print
  • Water Based ink
  • Plastisol
  • DTF

Quote & Production Questions

Our costing and finance department provides the production quote. Send your key elements, such as your tech pack, fabric, pattern, sample, or raw materials, to sales@PRINLAY.com or use our contact page. Within 2-3 business days, our team can provide you with a quote.

If you do not have these key elements defined, we can assist you in defining them so that we can provide a production quotation that is appropriate for your company.

If the yarn is in stock, it usually takes 30-35 days from the time the order is placed.

Yes, of course! We can make PP Samples before production. We often recommend these because they help to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and all the i’s are dotted with the t’s crossed before we go into production.

Additional questions

There is no required number. What we do ask is that you keep the size distribution optimized for production.

How do you go about doing that?

Maintain a common denominator across all sizes. Please see the following example:

Total Units: 4,000

Size Range: S-M-L-XL

Size Distribution: (S – 500) (M – 1,500) (L – 1,000) (XL – 1,000)

We offer a wide range of packaging options, from standard polybags to more intricate custom-made packaging. For more details, write to us!

Each unit is wrapped in a clear poly bag as part of the quote.

Normally, the cost of hang tags is not included.

We can make these for you. We only require a sample of your current tag or a design file with targeted material (heads up our designers can also propose). Though the garment quote includes one brand/size tag.
